Privacy policy
This page explains what the site actually collects, why, and who receives it.
General
צי מחשבים ותקשורת runs zicomp.co.il, in Hebrew and in English. צביקה ברנשטיין is responsible for the information. The lab is at 18 Dekel St, Rekhasim.
This policy applies to use of the site.
Using the site means you agree to this policy. Sending a form, or pressing Accept on the cookie banner, is agreement to the parts that relate to that action.
What we collect
Information you give us
Apart from the review form, forms are not stored on the website server. Submit opens WhatsApp with the text ready. We receive the details if you send that message.
Contact form (home, contact, and service pages, in Hebrew and English): full name, callback phone, a topic from a list, and a short description (optional). If an external form service is configured, those fields are also sent there. Without that service, only WhatsApp opens.
Website form: full name, phone, email (optional), and a short note about the business (optional). WhatsApp opens. The form is not sent to our server or to a form service.
3D print quote: full name, phone, material, color, quantity, due date (optional), notes, and the names of files you pick (STL, OBJ, 3MF, or images). The files themselves are not uploaded. WhatsApp opens, and you attach the files in the chat.
Site brief: customer or company name and phone are required. Email is optional. The other fields are optional:
- Customer details: field of work, contact person and role, an existing site, meeting date, who met you, and project type.
- The business: what it does, size and age, main and secondary products, advantage, site goals, how success would be measured in a year, the visitor’s first action, the customer and their need, where they come from, which device, and competitors (name, URL, and what they do well or lack).
- Look: branding, colors, fonts, style, three feeling-words, inspiration sites, what to avoid, 3D elements, and the interaction you want.
- Content: pages, landing pages, who writes, writing style, a home headline, photos, video, icons, the main call to action, form fields, where enquiries go, languages, and accessibility.
- Technical: domain, registrar, hosting, a site being replaced, email boxes, systems to connect, payments, API, SEO, keywords, SSL, backups, and maintenance.
- Timeline and budget: launch date, an event or campaign, budget range, budget type, and decision makers.
WhatsApp opens with a summary. If an external form service is configured, everything you filled in is sent there too.
Review form (at the bottom of pages): a name and the review. It is published on the site with that name. A hidden “fax” field is a spam trap. If it is filled in, the review is not saved.
WhatsApp and phone: you can also contact us without a form. What you type or say reaches us through WhatsApp or the phone company. The business WhatsApp number is 052-6200817. The site also links to 052-7141121 and 052-4160366.
Information collected automatically
Browsing data is collected only after you accept cookies: pages, time, device and browser type, a general location from the IP address, and how you arrived. After you accept, we also count clicks on phone and WhatsApp, and submissions of the website form and the print form. The contact form and the site brief are counted only when they are also sent to an external form service, if one is configured.
Necessary only means measurement and advertising tools stay off.
Technical information
The hosting server keeps logs for security and operations, such as the page address, the time, the IP address, and the browser type. On the review form, the IP address is used only to limit how many reviews can be published in a short time. It stays in the server’s memory for that check, and it is not stored with the review.
Why we use it
We use the information to reply and provide the service, to improve the site, and for measurement and paid advertising.
In the future we may also use it for paid advertising (remarketing). A Google Ads account is not connected, so that advertising tag does not load.
Reviews you publish on the site are shown to visitors, with the name you wrote.
We do not sell information to anyone.

The site font (Heebo) is served by the site itself. It is not loaded from Google while you browse.
Besides zi_consent, NagishLi stores its settings in the browser under Localize-NagishLi-A11y-Plugin-Settings. On the review-management page, which is closed to search engines, the management key stays only until that tab is closed.
How to change your choice
The link at the bottom of every page opens the banner again. The same link is here. You can also block cookies in the browser settings.
Necessary only means measurement and advertising tools are not loaded. The site, the banner choice, and NagishLi keep working.
Sharing with others
Vercel hosts the site. Google is used for measurement. Meta is used for measurement, advertising, and WhatsApp. Some of them store information outside Israel. We do not sell information.
- Hosting and logs: Vercel. Vercel’s page-view measurement loads only after Accept.
- Measurement: Google (Analytics, and the map on the arrival pages).
- Advertising: Meta (Pixel), only after Accept.
- WhatsApp: Meta, if you choose to contact us there.
- Reviews on the site are stored with an external service (ExtendsClass): name, text, and date.
- A new review sends an email to the business through FormSubmit, and a phone alert through ntfy.sh. Those notices include the name and the review text.
- The speed test runs on Meter.net.
- NagishLi can load jQuery from code.jquery.com.
Some of these providers store information outside Israel, for example in the United States and Europe, under their own policies.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and customer details are kept as long as there is a service or legal need.
Measurement data is kept for 14 months.
The banner choice and accessibility settings stay in this browser until you change them or clear the site data. Reviews stay on the site until we delete them. Server logs are kept according to the host’s policy.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the information is limited. There is no promise of absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask to stop marketing mail, if there is any.

Minors
We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18 without a parent’s consent.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Bezeq 144, the ESET store, Meter.net, and remote-support tools such as Chrome Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, and AnyDesk. We are not responsible for their policies.
Changes
When we change the policy, we will update this page and the update date.
